The Essentials
The Rivet Bib is the absolute foundation of our technical lower-body gear, designed for the rider who needs their pants to be as tough as possible without feeling like they are wearing a clunky suit of knight’s armor. We didn’t just add patches to the knees and call it a day, we built the entire bib out of full-body Cordura for maximum durability. It is a rugged, timeless piece of equipment that offers uncompromising protection while you are out enjoying the deep snow.
The Nitty-Gritty
When you are spending the whole day in the backcountry, you need gear that feels solid and stays out of your way. We used 195g/m2 Cordura Nylon for the entire build, giving you a shell that can handle brush, branches, and running boards without a second thought. Underneath that tough exterior is a Sympatex 45k membrane, which provides world-class waterproofing while breathing harder the more you move, keeping you dry from the inside out.
The fit is where the Rivet really shines. We added high-expandable Lycra panels to the waist and bib area, ensuring the pants move with you and adjust to your body no matter what shape you come in. We placed a waist D-ring on both sides, so you’ve always got a handy spot to clip your killswitch tether whether you’re stepping off to help a buddy dig out or scouting the next line through the trees. We also reinforced the knees, inner legs, and hems with Kevlar because we know those are the spots that take the most abuse on a long winter adventure.
With full-length side zippers for easy entry and large cargo pockets for your essentials, the Rivet is all about practical utility. We even included EVA knee guards that sit in dedicated internal pockets, so you are ready to go the moment you step into them. This is a bib built to be your go-to gear for many winters to come.
