The Bolt Jacket is designed for the rider who values agility and freedom of movement above all else. We used a more flexible shell here to give you better dexterity when you are navigating technical terrain, while the two-tone design gives it a sharp look that stands out in the trees. It is a high-performance powerhouse built to keep you dry and moving fast during a full day of adventure.

When you are working a technical line through the timber, being able to move without restriction is what keeps the ride fun. For the Bolt, we chose a 190g/m2 polyester shell because it is a bit less stiff than our full body Cordura options which improves your dexterity when you are throwing the sled around or climbing through tight spots. Even with that added mobility, you are still protected by our top-tier Sympatex 45k membrane, giving you the same world-class waterproofing that keeps the snow and wind on the outside.

The design of the Bolt is all about balance. We went with slightly rounded fabric panels and a two-color layout that keeps the dark colors at the bottom where the grime hits and the bright colors up top for better visibility. The ventilation to the sides helps you dump heat quickly when the riding gets intense, keeping your temperature regulated. Small touches like the integrated goggle wipe in the chest pocket and the angled cuffs mean you are spending less time messing with your gear and more time enjoying the mountains.

Inside, the Bolt is just as capable as all of our technical equipment. It features a removable snow skirt for those deep powder days and a dedicated mesh goggle pocket to keep your spares safe. The upper body mesh lining ensures you stay breathable during heavy exertion, while the taffeta-lined sleeves make it easy to slide the jacket on and off. It is a reliable, technical shell that feels like it was built to move with you, no matter where the trail leads.
